If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why? (Assume you also get baseline superhero enhancements like moderately increased strength, endurance and agility.)
Ooh, tough. Best of all I like the acrobats, and yet how could you turn down flight? Nevertheless, I’ve gotta go with superspeed, particularly if I get all the ancillary Barry Allen Flash abilities.
Which, if any, ‘existing’ superhero(es) do you fancy, and why?
Tracing this meme back to its origin point clarifies that this question really is about whom you would like to, to borrow another Britishism, shag. Hm. Keeping in mind that I prefer real woman, I’ll say Black Widow and Ultimate Wasp, plus Jakita Wagner and the Famke Janssen Jean Grey, largely because hey – Famke Janssen!
Which, if any, ‘existing’ superhero(es) do you hate?

OK, here’s the tough one. What would your superhero name be? (No prefab porn-name formulas here, you have to make up the name you think you’d be proud to mask under.)
For extra credit: Is there an ‘existing’ superhero with whom you identify/whom you would like to be?
Spider-Man, Batman and the Flash for different reasons. When I was a kid I wanted to be, at various times, Green Lantern, Iron Man and Iceman of all people, plus – ahem . . . Morbius the Living Vampire.

The problem I have with the ‘fancy’ question is my inability to imagine getting to know the (fictional) people in question.
Wait, that’s not completely true. I can picture a nice dinner and conversation with Zatanna. This is based entirely on her cameo in the Gaiman Books of Magic.
Question: there isn’t a subgenre of “regular guy dates superheroine” comics out there that I have completely missed, is there?

I assume you’re not referring to the whole Magic Girlfriend genre. Hm.
There was Wonder Girl’s boyfriend Terry, back in the orginal (1980s) Wolfman/Perez Teen Titans comic. He was a college English teacher. With a beard. She was, well, Wonder Girl. (IMS it was established at some point that she was no longer a “Teen”. I think they gave her a 20th birthday party.)
Aside from the age thing, and her ability to fly and punch holes through concrete and stuff, it was a really normal relationship, one that grew gradually over several years from dating to kissing to shacking up and, eventually, marriage. She had to rescue him a couple of times, and he worried about her dangerous job, but they worked it out.
Of course, eventually another writer took over, and things turned… less good. Terry has been dead for a while now, and looks likely to stay that way.
“Regular human dates superhuman” is a high-risk occu, man.

Talia Josephine Wagner aka Nocturne.
Because a blue woman with three fingers is dead sexy.
Unfortunately, in Exiles #17, she said that she doesn’t date white guys.
