It isn’t looking good down there, but building a city like that is just a crap shoot. Over time the odds win out.

Everyone else needs to fill up their gas tank monday morning. There could be actual shortages of gas in the southwest in the coming weeks.

I was just going to say, why not adopt Matt’s Iraq strategy for New Orleans: Stay until the job of getting our asses kicked is finished.
