So What’d I Miss?
In comments downblog, Dan Koffler suggests I respond to Dick Cheney’s recent speeches. But really, does anybody give a shit what Dick Cheney has to say any more? I mean, aside from the guys at PajamasOpen Source Media? There’s something admirable about the hawks determined to go down with the ship they christened in the first place. Hey Glenn, I’ve been at 25% in the polls too! Didn’t change me either. Admittedly no VP ever started repackaging my old entries as “major addresses,” though.
Actually, Dan’s been doing a pretty good job on the Cheney beat himself. See “Shameless,” which is short but, in its way, sweet.
Anyway, Dick Cheney. Heck of a thing.

Love the 25% crack… Hey, it wasn’t so long ago I was down at least that far myself. Or at least that’s how it felt to those of us freezing our toes in the weekly antiwar vigil.
