Dear Rhapsody Again

Okay, I’m in love. The ability to download just about any album or song I want just to give it a try almost feels like teens/twenties days, when you could buy albums with impunity because hey, what the hell else was there to spend your money on?

The database search problems went away. The remaining annoyance is that, in certain Musicstore windows, the navigation/search bar disappears. If I’m on the Solomon Burke top page and navigate to the album detail for Nashville, I can’t get back to the Solomon Burke top page without running a new search, and to do that I have to go up two levels.

I have to remind myself to play the albums I’ve downloaded because the Channels feature is so enjoyable. Since I chose the Sansa e280R for the channels functionality, this is nice. But I’ve got two Neko Case records to listen to and a bunch of other albums I’ve grabbed.

I’m pursuing suggestions some of you kindly offered in the earlier thread. Mary recommends Hype Machine as a source for finding new music. Haven’t tried it yet, but it looks cool.
