Unlike Wolfie, Riza actually has some experience in development. That would be an ever so marginal improvement.

Riza is a career World Bank staffer who speaks five languages and appears to be very competent at her job. Why on earth would Bush appoint her?

Isn’t Judge Gonzales looking for work? I think he’d benefit from a job that doesn’t require senate approval.

Riza is not a US citizen. It is puzzling
that she could be transferred to the State Dept. with a security clearance.
