You never hear much about Iraqi public opinion regarding the American presence any more. That’s suspiciously convenient, since Iraqi public opinion has turned decidedly against the American presence over time.

It cost the Australian government 70 million US dollars to write an internet porn filter???? Forget the fact that it doesn’t even work. Forget the question of whether the Australian government ought to be in that business. That just seems like a staggeringly unnecessary amount of money. By one or even two orders of magnitude.
