Jim, that was so totally cool. You have a great voice for audio media, and make your points via spoken word every bit as cogently as you do in written.

    Have you thought of podcasting?

You’re sweet, Mona! I think of myself as having “a voice made for writing,” in the same way people are said to have “a face made for radio.” All those head tones. But in answer to your question, I don’t even own a microphone for my computer! :)

Dang! The return of the s.o. from hockey night means no access to the fast intertubes until tomorrow.

Are the topics listed in order of discussion? ‘Cause then I’ll need to slide through to the GAO. I’ve had enough Larry Craig and animal cruelty to last me a lifetime.

I tell ya, Jim, these so-called ‘talkies’ and the ‘wireless’ are fads. They’ll never last.

I agree with Mona, Jim. You have an excellent radio voice. And I think I came to appreciate your thought processes significantly more by speaking with you and hearing how you got your mind around an idea on the fly.

Dave Schuler: Clearly, the next UO fundraiser most be directed at purchasing the proprietor a microphone.
