Respect the Dodd – In the Time-Honored Libertarian Way
With money! Not an endorsement but – oh what the hell, come to think of it. Gather round, kids! I, Jim Henley, founding blogger of Unqualified Offerings, endorse Chris Dodd for the Democratic Party nomination for President of the United States. Oh yes I do! My favorite Dem has been Richardson, though Kucinich and Gravel rate higher on my issues. It’s not fair that Richardson lacked the ability to do what Dodd did yesterday – hold the Senate hostage for liberty!!!!!1!eleven!1! – but, as we libertarians say all too often, life isn’t fair. The Dodd came through. Respect the Dodd. Respect the Dodd – with cash.
And I do indeed endorse Ron Paul for the GOP nomination, in case there was any doubt. After you’ve paid off the Dodd, if you feel like settling yet more money on “Moneybags” Paul, don’t let me stop you.
Now I probably have to fill out a bunch of forms.

Huh. I gave exceedingly tiny donations to (only) both. GMTA.

It may have been a quixotic gesture, but I gave Dodd fifty bucks.

Slushpile effluvia, of course. Perhaps a crayon-scrawled The NEW Harry Potter!!1!1! after he has stolen the plot for publishing by an established author chosen from the members of the Priory of Sion.
