A caucus that knows how to make waves

By Thoreau

As was pointed out by von Laue in the comments, Bill Foster (D-IL) (elected to replace Dennis Hastert) is a physicist.  He joins physicists Rush Holt (D-NJ) and Vernon Ehlers (R-MI) in the bipartisan physics caucus.  It is always nice to see a physicist in Congress, although I stand by my refusal to play D&D with Vernon Ehlers.  Vernon, if you’re reading this, know that once my crazy lithography idea works I’ll write “Vernon Ehlers is a fascist” in letters 20 nm wide and post the AFM images on my personal page.
