I simply don’t believe this. Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid finding procedural tools to defy a Republican’s wishes? Inconceivable! Everybody knows that Republican procedural maneuvers are impossible to block, and that the only time a blocking maneuver can be ignored is if it comes from a Democrat. (The Dodd abides.)
